Objetivo Geral: A unique opportunity for lawyers, law students and interpreters and professionals who wish to improve their legal English language skills interconnected with the studies of “Contract Law”.
Objetivos Específicos: In this challenging course, you will learn to understand the main concepts underlying the Common Law; Develop communications skills in English; Enhance the ability of understanding, acquiring and dealing with new legal vocabulary; Practice conversational skills in English; Gain confidence and experience for a successful career into the globalized world; Think critically about law systems; Cross-cultural understanding broadening awareness of other cultures; Learn verbal skills that can fit professional needs; Flexibility and adaptability: learning how to remove obstacles to a greater understanding; Analyze the language and terms of Common Law contracts; Draft contracts in English; Advise international clients on local law.
